wat height are u running? how do you drive and also if u get coilovers and adjust stiffness it wont be that bouncy!?

im running alpine type r components and an alpine 2 channnel amp to go with it and sound is crisp and clear. no need for a sub as the small space in the car produces enough sound lol

you twist the bottom of the coilovers to adjust the height and it should go lower thats how to adjust the height.. you leave the spring as is dont need to touch it. maybe u just did it wrong by...

how many ks on ur car? also what colour smoke? it may be from oil mixing with coolant which means u may have blown ur head gasket
