Could be your ballast is stuffed. Or lose wire... Go check to see.
If you want to check if it could be your ballast switch it around and see if the other side turns off.

if you can run your fingernail down the keyed line then get a respray.
if not then you may be able to cut and polish to remove the keyed lines

as in it wont budge, i tried wd40, heating up the car, swearing at it....

yeah the thermo is not opening properly,

the temp would sometimes take forever to go up and sometimes would drop lower while driving,

also the fan isn't spinning... got any advice for that?

fuses seem fine,

cleaned the throttle body but couldnt get the IACV out from the hoses lol
the car revs better but will clean the IACV when i have time
