eg cluster are all interchangeable.
all plug n play.

from Auto to Manual cluster - plug n play but you be left with the P R N D indicator plug which wont be in use.

to do a flush maybe try Radiator Flush?
i never tried it myself so cant really give u much info.
but i would go with what ericl33 mentioned and maybe add radiator flush.

you can get them and run them on ur car. do able with stock height.
if lowered then you'll need camber arms
once u get camber kit with them rims sack it and will look aiights :)
