ok so i decided to answer my own question since no one else seemed to know

kings spring lows = 30mm drop
king spring super low = 45mm drop

Aslo fair enough the shockers will give way quicker...

i definetly agree with that, take your time 2 get all the crap off the capilers and rotor (especially the calipers theres a lot of build up on those) a good hand drill with a good drill bit should do...
