    my GD is lowered and i have 15x7 + 35, 195/50 and i rub slightly over bumps w/ no one in the back seats. so i'm gonna guess you're gonna get some/lots of rubbing. but you do have 45 offsets...

    ouch, get some springs if its mainly for looks. people say you wear your shocks out faster if you just replace them with shocks but i haven't had any issues on any of my cars yet. (just me tho)...

    i believe they are the same
    the reason why the US says it'll fit for 06+ is because that was when the jazz was introduced to the USDM and they have nothing older than 06'.
