Are there heaps of difference between Type R DC2 seats and DC5 Type S seatS?

I'm thinking of replacing my red Recaros with AUDM Black ones. but want to know how much the Red ones are worth (to sell) and how hard is it to find black ones, or in the case of a swap, are red ones...

No it should be a momo type, but the original owner took it out for some reason. I'll be purchasing the stock wheel as soon as i find it!
