If you're running a L3 cable box I would be surprised if the final drive from a later model would suit. Best bet is to look for a ZC JDM box and use that gearset with your 4.25 FD in your ED box....

Don't think I've ever seen an ED Manual, only ED specific wiring diagrams

Yes JDM and AUDM L3 gearboxes have different specs.

AUDM have longer gears and a shorter FD. The ZC JDM L3 has shorter gears, and a longer FD.

I'm running the gearset from JDM ZC with my AUDM...

Only way to be sure is to test fit, measure and cut to suit

Why don't you mark them, cut them, then test fit and measure how much of the tube you need to remove?

The Blox CMC is a just an aftermarket replacement for the OEM part, so yes it will also work.

A Wilwood CMC won't work, if you have a look at them the bolt pattern is completely different and...
