sorry to interrupt, but how would a dc2r be with 225/45/16? Will it rub with standard suspension running the jdm dc2r 16x7 oem rims? I'm not finding any luck getting 215/45/16 tyres.
thanks

just wanted to ask what are engine swap rules in vic? particularly interested if swapping zc 1.6 to a b18 on a dc2. what do i need to do to legally complete engine swap with engine registered to...
I think your getting a few things confused. Honda GD3 jazz only supports DOT3 & DOT4 brake fluid which is correct. Your misconception relates to Motul RBF600 and other high performance brake fluids....
correct me if i'm wrong. i take it your still on your oem factory honda rotors? if so best/cheapest option is to use/destroy them on the racetrack and replace afterwards. see how they go after the...
dont think so. the main difference in DOT 4 vs DOT5.1 is the ability to withstand more heat and resist water moisture absorbtion. look at getting brakes bled with quality high temperature brake...
Managed to dig up an old video. Have a cold start video of my jazz with spoon b-pipe and n1 muffler. sounds fairly noisy, but most of it is due to it being cold. was shot a few years back during a...
i've had a jazz and regularly go winton with aftermarket pads on stock calipers and rotors. Use RBF660 brake fluid and have no problems. I stomp on the brakes all day long and no brake fade problems....
funnily enough when i took my car for factory 40k service.... the honda dealer neglected to do it even though i was charged for it. get them done elsewhere by reputable mechanic... just from my...
sounds like your one mind have been the first batch. might be worth going to the dealer to see if the previous owner ever had the cvt issue fixed. i do remember honda australia recalling some jazz...
if your after the exotic brands... look at maybe getting them online.... eg tirerack.com and alike.... prices very compeititve if you can be bothered fitting yourself
i take it your jazz has probably done 100k+ km's on it. honda service interval for cvt transmission change is at 100k. usually when its changed its often black and very sludgy... this is because of...
mike, i know this is probably gonna be an overkill/extreme for you, but what about something like this ? they've welded a bracket directly to chassis to there wont be any flex due to downforce.

just a heads up, if any of you are insured with AAMI, best to call them later this week or next week. they will be inundated with calls. chances are you'll be on hold for a while. trust me, its all...
