From looking at the data from my lap timer. I should be able to get a 1:15 flat.

They actually held up really well, when I got them to 38psi hot for both front and rear they held up great.

it all depends really, how much are you willing to spend and whats the sizes of each one?

for first gear its probably the synchros and they're probably getting worn, as for reverse its normal because the reverse gear does not have a synchro and they are straight cut therefore sometimes it...
