I've read they're heavier than stock Integra seats. Mainly because it's still using the stock seat rails and the Recaros aren't exactly thin on padding.
you can bash the rounded one out with a hammer (very easy). pull a new one in using the stock wheel nut and a bigger spacer nut (easy but hard to explain)
