might want to upgrade the valves while you got the head off. high cr pistons would be nice but not necessary for power.

top quality I/H/E, port&polished head, aggressive crower cams 403s, valvetrain, ECU, tuning. won't get you 30kw, but it's probably the most you can do for a b18b.

i'm using 60a, no issues at all with them.
