Both of these kits are for the pre-facelift (03-05) so they should fit.

The first one looks like a replica of the Mugen kit and the second of the Euro-R

You're fitment on the rear is perfect. Front however, in my opinion doesn't look good, too much poke but its a personal preference at the end of the day.
