it's easy to DIY. i did that on my civic as well. i just buy the LED light from the shop, install them under the seats and hide the wires under the floor mats. look same as the dealer one but cost me...

i like the custom job. my one is also custom made, from middle to catback. the sound is very deep and never be loud !! but it really cost a lot, more expensive than the japanese brand.

asked the workshop : have screw the bumper to hold the lip.......many small holes on your pumper when u want to take it off !!! or stick the lip on your bumper.... have to paint the bumper when lip...
