Cam seal will be the most likely culprit. It can be replaced with taking the the cam gear off and pushing it in from there.
If it were me, i would replace the cam belt and crank seal at the same...

yeah they are usually pretty tight. when you drain it check the oil for metal debris.

gearbox oil and lsd oil are the same thing.
on a manual, to check the oil properly, you have to drain it. Where abouts are you located.

Does it sound like gas escaping? if it does it is probably due to you having the a/c on and the gas pressure is equalizing in the high and low pressure sides of the system after you have turned it...

yeah what sinful said is true. very common problem.
the wipers are a common issue to. it is a flaw with the new wiper design which wears them out very quickly

those mounts commonly break when launching hard.
i wouldnt buy another oem one.
