Some of the things I've seen over the years:

* not using a big enough turbo
t3 should be the absolute minimum size.

* not breathing out the pcv valve.

B16 intake manifolds are good for 300 hp plus. On stock internals I wouldn't bother.

Yeah 450's evo injectors they will work. Just be shure to swap your d16 seals on the evo injectors.

Interesting as my old zc had a newish dizzy when I got it and the idle was a problem after cleanin IACV & FICV. No ecu codes etc

My old civic si w/b16a1 swap on that exact same fuel map (no vtec being extra safe)
This time using a Toyota Mr2 ct26 turbo 5.8psi

Does anyone have any b16 turbo Base Maps floating around?

Willing to share a legendary map (Hondata) if I can get hold of it, was used years ago on a mates stock ef9 civic, b16a1 with a highflow...

There is also FICV ( fast idle control valve ) which is located near the IACV.

Could try cleaning that aswell.

Sounds to me like the main relay.. remove it and re-solder all the connecting points.
