18 seems to be a bit too big for the City, consider getting 15 or 16. i dont see it being too much problems changing rims, maybe worst would be affecting ur turning? anyways, if i were u i'd consider...
dont think you need to re-spray. u need to get fillings for the holes from the type s spoiler. type s spoiler will need to be removed if u want type r spoiler on ur car
