I get around 470Ks aswell - rolling stock with PRM intake. Larger wheels also contribute to decreased fuel effeciency due to increased engine load, increased surface contact area and increased weight.

It won't stick out that much. I run 17x8 +44 up front and they're pretty much flush.

IMO, I'd go the 17s for racing wheels, otherwise 18s or > for bling/chrome.
