    You can adjust the left headlight to aim higher, but i'm sure you can't change the way the beam is projected onto the road unless you change the design itself.

    RHD should look like this when your lights get projected onto a wall.

    LHD would be, and will cause glare onto oncoming drivers, even if you have it adjusted.
