this can be fixed though. the lights can be adjusted and made to be the way it should be on right hadn drive vehicles. although these do look good, i dont know if the quality of these products would be any good??

You can adjust the left headlight to aim higher, but i'm sure you can't change the way the beam is projected onto the road unless you change the design itself.
RHD should look like this when your lights get projected onto a wall.

LHD would be, and will cause glare onto oncoming drivers, even if you have it adjusted.
