    Noobish Question

    Need advice/help
    ive got a Integra 1998 DC4, i recent unpluged the Car Battery and the CD Player/Deck is now asking for a Code, which i dun have or cant find any possible solution (apart from a new deck) to get the code for free if possible?

    i think if you go to a honda dealer they can plug into the system and fix it, or they have like a universal key to unlock it

    Check your manual / log books thing.

    There is a radio manual there. Our Key is located in it.

    for my customers, if you cant find the code in or on the car, you can remove the radio, call the dealer with the serial number and the cars vin number, then they can look it up on the computer and give you the code. On some newer models, you can hold number preset 1 and 6 at the same time and it will give you the code.

    when i lost my radio code in my civic, i just took it to my local Honda dealership and they got it for me free of charge. Just gotta wait around a bit while they find your code out for you.

    most dealers will charge (around here) $100, which is for them to do exactly what I said I do at my work, but I charge $50
