Cheers mate, good to get another review on these as there is absolutely bugger all i was able to find about em online, hence opting for another option. Certainly a bang for your buck header, but not quite the best product out there by the sounds of things.

Yeah i couldn't find much either for J's B18C header. What did you end up going with?
Definitely not the best product out there, compared to Toda, SSR, SMSP.
If only I could have done a before and after dyno test.

According to the great header test, conducted on a relatively stock B18C5, I've noticed that some aftermarket headers do have a slight
dip until around 3,000rpm. So I wouldn't be surprised if the J's header is the same. What was quite interesting though was
that the Spoon header performed better than toda all the way until around 7,500rpm. I suspect that the Toda would respond better to
modifications though because so many rate it so highly compared to everything else.

I picked up a set of RMF reps on the cheap... too many good reviews, couldn't resist, specially at the price I got em. Certainly good headers, mostly noticeable down low. They r all scraped n banged up from bumps n bottoming out so i'm glad they aren't fancy todas. Def getting a bash plate made up for my next set.

hey guys do you consider these headers reasonably priced ?
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Honda-Acu...item45f91f5cf0

but it says this.. not sure if its just for the usdm acura type r or all..

"*To fit on a Type R model you will need to take out the transmission brace (not really needed). It can be changed for a Integra GSR or LS transmission brace. This also happens with any type of aftermarket header"

Ive read some pretty decent reviews on these. In regards to replica headers those along with the RMF narrows seem to be the ones to get. I have 1st hand experience with the RMF's and certainly cant complain.

In regards to the trans brace, same thing was said about the RMF's but i didnt have to change a thing. If you do tho, they are pretty cheap (if u can find one, or u can get brand new) and u'll save yourself about half a kilo in weight by replacing it haha
