    S2000 Respray

    Hi guys

    Just wondering if anyone has resprayed their car....
    I am jus thinking of getting it resprayed again.. the same colour thou...

    Any thoughts or idea's for costs involved?

    it will cost u roughly around 2 - 3k to respray the whole car...

    if you don't mind me asking... why you resprayin the same colour?

    to repray a car a different colour you have to remove all the panels and the engine. otherwise engine bay, door sills, underneith the boot, under the bonnet will still be the original colour.

    why don't you just strip thje first layer of paint with some compound and polish that bad boy up, it'll look like new and cost you about 50 bucks

    you it would cost around 3.5 to 4 k for outside only with door jams but not the boot, athough the same colour will look nice if you flow coat it and cut it back so theres no orange peel through the paint , look flat like a mirror

    I wouldn't say 'really good'. I've seen his work its alright for the price you pay.

    seeing as your respraying the same color should be cheaper since they wont have to do the door jams or engine bay.

    Your car is usually parked in the garage man? just give it a full detail unless someone has keyed it or there are deep scratches.
