    B&M Short Shifter playing.

hey I just recently installed a B&M short shifter on my EM1. However when im in gear it's kinda loose like movable left and right.I used the 4 silicon bushings (smallest ones) like they asked me and it said for civics.. use the 2 remaining smaller ones (actually bigger than the original 4) for the end of the shifter. Which I did.. but yeh it's moving a bit. getting annoyed. anyone have any previous experiences? Thanks.

Did you bolt the stabiliser bar back in properly?

Umm most probably yeh lol. tightened everything pretty good. is the stabiliser bar the one that holds onto the bottom of the shifter?

B&M are shit shifters, full stop.

they dont use bearings for movement, its just a hole, so over time that hole collects dirt, the dirt rubs against the metal andf the hole gets bigger, it then feels loose and rattles.

solution, throw the garbage away and get yourself a skunk2 shifter.
