as usual honda australia is not as innovative as honda. while honda have good model, i.e. civic type R(JDM) stepwagon(gen III) mobilo, even GE jazz from thailand--tax free inport while oversea they have glass roof we get basic even vti-s....... what they bring in is the unlove legend. dunno how much money they wasted in this legend selling project......
poor we, they even give no support in factory tune stuff like other market do.

    Really quite confusing all these numbers. What's MY08? I have a car registered 09 but it's a my08.

This was all simpler in the uk with my euro hatch type S.

any good modding sites for this model?

    Fd2 2.0

I believe, MY08 is make year 2008. Probs made in late 2008 for the 2009 edition models.

Try 8thcivic.com, it's american but a lot of good info there that can be related to our cars.

And another good site.. well you're on it. =D Ozhonda 4 Lyf.

Edit: Unless you ment what website to purchase parts.

JDM yard, JDM Concept, Ontherunmotorsports, Marsperformance, eBay...

Cheers mate I'll have a look. Not really looking to engine mods more interested in struts and a nice intake growl. It's pretty low as is but may put different shockers in. I'll be tinting windows and looking for a very discreet towbar too

Also the 2006 fd2 silver moss color and baby blue color came with dark blue leather seats and dark blue interior. I think from here onwards they all came in grey/black leather.
Also in 2006 you could buy blue floor mats, then it was grey/black from there onwards.

if its the Jap CTR then it would be an FD2R..
I dont think UK has FD's at all? The latest type R is the FN2R.

AFAIK in Japan they call the Australian FD2 a FD1. The FD2R in Japan is just an FD2.

The UK has a fair few FD2R imports. They just call them FD2s

Inspiration for the FD2 type R came from the lighter FD1 when the Spoon guys shoe horned a K20 into it .
