I dont have my s2k any more, but I had this fixed up by having the origional shafts reco'd. Cost about 400 but was sure less than getting new or second hand ones.

Due to the shafts not being very common change over is not as easy. So I would take it to the mechanic and have them remove them and give to a drivetrain specialist to reco them.

    all tha best..!

The T1R spacers are good but the nuts and bolt supplied with them are the wrong size they're supplied with 9mm, OEM size is 10mm, due to the size difference any vibration can loosen the bolts, check first to see if the bolts are still extreemly tight.

This happend to me after I installed the T1R spacers after awhile the vibration returned, had a look under the car and my nuts were all loose, replaced them with 10mm bolts and no problems so far.

Replaced both CVs complete, alot better but still sometimes there. I feel that its the main shaft from the gear box to the diff, going to get it tested, question, can you turn the main shaft around 180 degrees?

Did you check your diff mounts, tranny mounts and motor mounts? These caused minor vibrations on mine before I replaced them.

Checked diff when installing the new shafts still with the spacers. Getting the main shaft tested Tuesday next week see how that goes, will get him to check other mounts while under there.

Seriously. If you want to track it and have fun with the car. DO what i done. Call up Diff Technics in Sydney. get the 2.9 billet 500hp shafts that they get custom made from America. 1500 including shipping. Best setup. No vibration, very quiet and very smooth plus they handle the power.

Thanks Hontune Hope its not the clutch pressure plate, clutch is maybe 12mths old.
Shafts are new, I am thinking mainshaft now. I see your point ALPS but only plan to do my second track day soon.

Got the new rear shafts in along with my TR1 spacers, better but still got a shake there, getting the mainshaft from the gearbox to the diff tested today and checking all mounts also.
