they wouldn't sell such an item to my knowledge, best you'll get from them to help your case would be an air compressor and a rattle gun from China.
    Why hello there

    1. put it in gear
    2. use something to wedge the fly wheel stuck (I forgot if u need to take a flywheel cover off..
    3. Spray tons of WD-40 and leave on to soak
    4. Use breaker bar (u're supposed to use a special $300++ honda crank bolt remover tool, but heck you're trying to save $$...)
    5. The most difficult part was the limited space for u to turn the breaker bar, if you're not using a floorless lift hoist...
    6. Try using your legs (both feet) to to push the breaker bar instead of your hands (better leverage)

    * BE WARNED THAT THERE IS A POSSIBLITY TO BREAKING THAT BOLT OR DAMAGING YOUR FLYWHEEL....

    Hopes this helps..
