Yeah, 'spoon style' is what's written on the sticker at the back of the lip. I think JDMyard stocks them.

Also, to me that looks like a mugen style front lip, not a spoon lip. Does anyone know the difference...

Nah, it's an EK.

Yeah, the lips look very similar - I think the holes are different shape and the spoon lip has a bit of an elevation. Check out jdmyard. They have pics of both.

I think badge is straight. Looks like its on an angle because of the slant in the grill - one of those optical illusion things =P
