    can these wheels be polished?

    hey i wanna change the look of my car... not liking white on white no more

    can these wheels be like sand blasted and polished or something? i think they're weds tc05...

    u need time and money
    paint stripper sand paper polish and alot of hard work
    or just get a pro to do about 100-150 a wheel

    ^ take it from the man who polished his gearbox

    i'd assume paint stripper coupled with an angle grinder would help get rid of the bulk paint before hitting it with some elbow grease and sandpaper?

    yup, best to do it with the tyres off. DIY, $ not so much, but fak all time need weeks. best if u dont have a girlfriend lol, quicker.

    i was told these wheels were anodized? could be wrong as only 1 person has told me this...

    thanks for the link vinny... i dont know if they would actually suit my car polished now.. maybe if they were 16s aye...

    Anodizing is still only a layer of colour bonded to the surface so anodized parts can still be sanded and polished.
