My new 17's

Hey all,

Got some new rims for my 99 EK today - just posting it in here cos none of my friends care :cry: and the guys at Donnellans - place in Boxhill Melb. where I got them said I could lower it quite a bit. I'm just saying this because a lot of ppl in this forum told me you can't - but these wheels don't look as big as I thought they would but are still SIIIICK! I think I'm in love 8) Will post pics later when i get a digi camera.

You can always go lower... :mrgreen:

What rims did you get? Make sure you come to the mini-meet on the 20th and GOR so we can check em out and take some snap shots.

Yeah, I've got 17" rims on my VTi-R coupe too. Lowered 2 inches f&r but I'm not 100% happy with it. It seems the rear is higher than the front...

I got some High speed Racing ones - HR-125's five spoke - I need to paint my callipers - i think thats it red or whit or black - they look funny - and it's like I'm driving a fricken bus it needs lowering that bad. So where and when is this meet you ppl r talking about? Cos if I can make it I'll come for sure. All i need to do to the outside now is replace grill with type-r grill, front and rear lip, side skirts and my gf is buying me some fogs for Christmas.

Oh and I might be getting a pair of red recaros!! SICK!
