Hmm cams ill have to look at, also i was told to have a look at a 2l stroker kit, that might make a bit of a difference im pretty sure. As for the snail lol im still stuck on my Ps for another 2 years (a mistake ill be living down till im on my opens lol) so unfortunately thats out of the question. The reason i wanted to get a b18cr is because it gives me a bigger base to work with, as far as im concerned neway.

if youre prepared to spend at least 6k on the complete engine plus labour..
then u have to do a brake upgrade kit etc etc...
u will most likely drive out 8-9k poorer...

I've only read the first and last few pages but what about suspension? Mines totally stock except for a set of TEIN coilovers, fantastic cornering ability haha

See yeah i know i'd be walking out alot poorer, but if i then had the money to do it i'd rather do that so i get less of a cap on power output n stuff because the way i see it if i had the choice between a b18cr and a b16 to do up and money wasnt an option i'd go with B18cr. And lol ive got King Springs thats it.

Lol yeah well i dont exactly have THAT much money but i figured if i can find a B18cR on the net somewhere just the engine for 4g labour should only cost about 2g that works out reasonably cheap?

I didnt have the money for a type R, whereas in a few months/years i will have money to do the upgrade. I wouldve bought the Type R straight up if i had the money aye they are beautiful cars.

at the end of the day, you gotta decide yourself, what you want, when you wanna do it. if you want to do this in the next few years, i say jus save, and when the time comes, do it. we can all give opinions, but its not our money dude.

turbo or b18 its up to you
in a few yaers, u will be off your p's.
and now, you dont have the money.
    so enjoy what you got.

Suspension work would be a good idea until you're on your full license.

How many drags are you going to against other cars? If you wanted to drag you probably shouldn't have got a Honda.

Good choice of car for cornering, looks and a very fun car to drive.

Ehh i dont exactly want to drag i just like getting power out of them, and yeah i was wondering in general i just thought i'd start with the engine because thats where everyone else seems to have started. What should i do in terms of suspension then?
