I'm 24 but turn 25 in December. I already have my full licence for my Car.

I'm doing my Pre-Learner driving test in October and will apply for my Ls soon after... or should i wait until i hit 25 to apply for my Ls?

    I don't get it.

The only difference is that if you are over 25 (and under 30) you dont need to do 2 years on your greens, but you will still need to do a year on your red p's. AFAIK its the same whether or not you go for L's before or after you turn 25
