I don't think the engine ever changed within the Jazz variants, the vti-s was added exterior cosmetic upgrades ?
    Why hello there

GD1 is your series number and L15a is your engine number.

if you still dont understand, EG is the series number for a honda civic but the engine number would be D15b for example.

ok its a 2006 model.....and the jazz emblem has a red dot.....its facelifted i presume with the so called "smoked" rear led lights. yes the engine does have vtec written on it....but i read that the red dot was an i-dsl? im so confused and lost =(

    thanks for the replies though

What colour is the interior? If it is grey then it is a 1.3 Gil GD1. If it is black then it is a 1.5 GD3. Are the interior door handles black = 1.3 or silver / chrome = 1.5. Also if it is a true VTi-S it should have a leather steering wheel. What is the redline? 6300 = 1.5, 6000 ish = 1.3. Also if it is an auto it should have paddles if it is a 1.5.
