You can remove passenger seat.. aprox 20kg spare tyre aprox 10kg, jack and crap 5kg. after that you pretty much have the carpets and plastics which will be under 20kg. and if you want to go hard you can go sound deadening which is around 5kg s2000 dosen't have much deadening.
Then you can go with Titanium exhaust which will save u around 15kg if you go with a single. Massive intake box if I remember correctly when I weighed mine it was like 7kg or so.
Aircon system will drop probally under 20kg.
Biggest weight drop will prob be softtop and motor. Which should be around 40kg ish. But then without a hardtop you have shit aerodynamics which ruins the whole point anyway. Not that the softtops dynamics are any good :P

~25kg for soft top assembly,
~14kg for supporting/associated structures (plastics, cross member, etc)
Total: ~40kg
Not as heavy as some would think.
Just remember, the S2000 is not a coupe/sedan converted into a roadster, so it doesn't need all the extra crap that comes with strengthening a tin-top when you lop off its roof. Usually, cars that have been converted weigh - oh - about 200-300 kilos heavier.
