minimising side box thingy

hello admin,

previously in the past i could minimise the side box/window things from the main page (wallpaper, site nav, search, stats, sponsors adverts) but since i've cleared out my IE cache, i cant do this anymore. have you guys removed the 'minimise' button for it?
FYI i can still minimise sub-forums so i dont see why i cant minimise the other stuff.

edit: even in threads i could use to minimise the sponsors ads at the top of the page

i like to have a clutter-free view of OH. just like why i disable AVs and sigs.
