hey guys im looking to purchase a OEM ek4 front lip from another OH member n just wanted 2 make sure if the lip would fit a 99 model civic. Thanks in advance.

Whats an OEM EK4 lip? Are you talking about the SiR lip?

As far as i know and see, the SiR lips only for 96-98 prefacelift bars. The Type R lip have pre and facelift versions though.
