Part # help. Vtec oil restrictor

hey i need this part to properly seal one of the middle cam caps on the head. and honda cant find it so does anyone knoe the part number exactly>?
my engine builder described it
""it's a small metal restrictor like piece that sits between the head and the middle cam cap""

please help, i called honda parramatta and they couldnt find it and said they needed a part number.

there is a dowel pin and a o ring that sit around it

sorry i dont know the part number but u can go into honda spare parts and they with show u a diagram of the motor, just point out which part u need...
