Remove the four screws around the back of the foggies and it should just put out.
You should see a rubber surround the foggies, make sure you dont lose that.
Disconnect the cables which is hidden behind the long piece of rubber thats protecting it from water and dirt.
Then unhook the spring and take the bulb out. *Recommended to wear gloves if not keep your fingers from the metal bits that charge the light because you might leave oil marks from your fingers on it causing it to blow up when it gets hot.
Then just do the reverse and test the bulb out to see if it works...
