    Question changing front grill on facelifted ek1

    hey guys just wondering if someone could show how to change the stock grill for a jdm grill.

    ermm..I think the stock grille looks exactly the same as the stock JDM grille?

    you need to remove those push in clips at the top of the grille.

    i think what he meant to say was how can i make it look like a jdm grill... buy one or if u cant afford it.. take out the grill cut out the centre and get a decent mesh not shit one tho get a real decent one and pop it in.. still tho the hardcore jdm ppl will tell if its real or not

    i have removed the push clips across the top but the stock grill wont budge is there more screws to undo???

    try removing ur front bar. some ppl actually bolt the grille to the bar (which there is no need to), but yeah, sometimes it happens

    Mate there's a DIY thread here that shows you how to do your own grille. It also includes the installation process.

    You need to remove the front bumper - 2 screws each side, 2 screws and 2 bolts under. then remove the clips and pull the front bar out.

    Then another few screws behind the grille and it'll come out.
