dude if it a vtec controller den u have scored big tym its worth atleast $650 depending wat brand.. wat it does is u can lower the point where vtec kicks in so u can bring vtec lower.. so basiclly u can make vtec kick in at low revs..
    ..VTEC YO!..

Im with speedcore, atleast it looks cool though =]

If you dont have extractors, intake, exhuast then there is really nothing to tune.
    its a VAFC.
The V stands for Vtec Controler, the AFC stands for AIR FLOW CONVERTER...
Ie -for this to be effective, i/h/e will have needed to be done to differ the air flow from stock...
In some cases ive seen this give as much as 10kw extra power, but its nothing special really. You didn't pay for it so score! =]

they're much cheaper than that aznsiko... $495 for a vafc-II thats the ver1 model... even cheaper 350 odd...

neway i'm with speedcore... if everything looks stock just leave it @ default...
    otherwise its up to u...
depends how you want to drive...
if you're after fuel economy lower the rpm that vtec engages at...
and vice versa if you wanna revv the engine

Yea if you find no use for it, and feel like being generious, I wouldn't mind taking it off your hands at no expense
