(CU2) Takeda Cold Air Intake for CU2

    Hey guys,

Just out of curiosity, how would this go in fitting to our cu2's? Anyone had this experience or knows if it is compatible with our model.

Removing intake resonator is easy, cheap and you'll probably notice an improvement.

    Try it

just remove the air box follow the route n once you see the big ugly plastic part thats the intake resonator should be behind the bumper on the passenger side of the vehicle

No drawback, except louder induction noise. Response will improve, should notice more power.

No warning sign will come on.

felixd, is your car a CU2 or CL9? There should be no difference between auto and manual, but CU2 has an air flow meter, which is sensitive to pipe diameter change.

Yeah, watch out for that little black box that is on the intake ar next to the airbox. That air flow meter is very sensitive and is easy to fck up if you accidentally knock it on the side of the intake arm when removing/installing it.
