Problem is how god damn expensive personalized plates are.. I don't know about the other states but in ACT they cost a buttload.

OMG thats good... here to have the plates read what you want within something like 7 letters or the make of your vehicle costs between $2258 and $4211.

I currently have personilized plates on my dc2r, wanting to change back to standard fat yellow plates for personal reasons, but I currently have a parking fine on my plates, if I wanted to switch, would I have to pay the fine first? or would the fine be transfered to the new plates? any help asap would be appreciated alot thanks!
