Increased PM quotas

Hi all,

Just a quick update to let you know that I have doubled the PM quota for both newcomers and members from 30 to 60 messages

I'm looking at increasing the image storage quotas too however need to finalise a few things first.

is that thing still going to be there, were the pms you cant send you have to wait for 80 seconds ?

it's 90 seconds

i know this from sending out 130+ pms about each meet and having to wait 90 seconds between each one

yeah kinda annoying aye, lol when i sell parts i have to wait like 5 minutes of pming then i get distracted lol then end up not doing work for the whole class lol~
