    ap2 centre console install

    hey guys

i've recently purchased an ap2 (MY07, thanks to eriktufa) centre console, and now i need help to remove my 00 centre and install the 07 ones. if i wish to reuse the HID washers, where/how can i connect that to the 07 console?

am i able to just connect the HID washer connector to the defroster button? (as i dont have a glass rear window / HT)

are the roof switch and hazard buttons a direct fit on from 00 to 07 ?

any help is much appreciated (as well as pics =D )!!

i think for ap2 the washer button is on the stalk and not the console

but besides that everything else is the same connector

    incorrect

i have the ap2 console and the rear defroster button for my glass window is a different fit

and ive never seen a HID washer button on a Ap2 console (provide pics)

everything else eg hazard and roof are a perfect fit

Just disconnect the HID washers. Geez, it was the first thing I did to my car 3+ years ago. hahaha.

Now the plug just sits under the AP2 console disconnected.

the ap2 started in late 03 yeah? or 04? but didnt the 04 models have HID washer? where was their "spray button" located if it wasnt on the console? or did they have the same center console as the ap1 until 05-06?

The washers are good for squirting people.. Ask one of your friends if they can hear a buzzing noise coming from from your light.. then bam ! ..lol

    installed the console!
and still kept the hid washer buttons for the exact same reasons u guys just stated! hahaha

i replaced the defroster button with the hid washer button....its smaller in length but the same in width..so its a pretty fit! =D
