Good job Joyride (Andy?)... just a suggestion, to stop the 'brutal' comments on the feature ride thread. can we disable reply n comments on the thread?

Also, what is the actual process of picking the feature ride (e.g. you wait till ppl send you nominee and then you pick one out of them, or you browse through some specific forum section and pick one you like, etc etc)
