DIY Request: Sand calipers down a bit for wheels to clear

Title says it all.. atm i have audm dc5r wheels 16" on my fd1 civic and at full-lock/really tight turns i can hear the wheel touch a little bit on the caliper so how do i go about sanding down the caliper a bit?

doesn't matter if there is only half of a millimeter gap between caliper and wheel or if there is 5 centimeters gap.

    if it clears, it clears.

you must be hearing some other noise.

u sure its the caliper? it shouldnt be moving.. o_O

maybe take off your wheel and see if any other part has rub marks

yeh from what i've looked around so long as it clears it shouldn't touch but at low speed tight corners or full-lock i can hear a slight noise.. i'll just re-fit the wheel and see how that goes as its only ever the front left which i hear the noise from and its not all the time. only randomly when i do sharp turns - driving around normally etc i never hear anything or experience anything out of the ordinary.. ?

its not the caliper, jack your vehicle up, turn the wheel full lock to the suspect side and then get under and check.
