    width and offset for dc5

hey guys been looking at wheels for my dc5 that can clear brembo brakes. Ive been looking into getting some rota wheels but atm they dont have many in 17" 7.5 wide 40 offset. they do however have a fair few in stock of 17 by 8 with an offset of 35. my question is will these weels fit my car properly.

Im not sure if they will sit too far out on my car causing the guards to hit?

if anyone can let me know ill be very greatful cheers

Take a little time to search ozhonda, these topics have been covered..

this link will help you with offsets:

If u are looking at specific brands, do some research, look to see if the brand u are after have a website with the information u need, even call up a distributor of the brand u are after, because the offsets are a minor issue when it comes to clearing brakes such as brembos, it all relies on the actual spoke design.

my rear doesn't have any camber kit!

the front only run -1.2 camber. i dont think u need to roll the front one if u are just going to use 235 with 0 camber!

Before you oder you mention that you are possibly getting a Brembo brake kit. Are you getting the JDM Brembo conversion complete with knuckles, LCA etc.? Because if that is the case the hub sticks out further on the JDM brakes/suspension so you will need to go for a higher offset.
