That's what we say here in QLD.

Sorry to hear MrWills, that just plain sucks bigtime man,I feel for ya.I thought I had it bad,2 vito vans in 2 weeks = 6 points and $400.But just to straight up defect a car for what,'too stiff suspension',WTF!! are you serious,I'm flabbergasted, not suprised as any story about the cops and what they do will never suprise me.

Like you said,be careful!! too true a words mate.I've been tossing up whether to get coils but I'm certainly not now,I know have OUT OF FRIGGIN' CONTROL the cop situation is getting,so I'm playing smart.

hmm I have never heard of 'driving of a modified vehicle' WTF!! hmmm and too stiff suspension... thats just strange.

I got defected for using a 'rear strut bar' once... the dudes at vic roads laughed when they read it on the defect sheet...

Well the cops are out if crazy force at the moment with that new crack down on everything. I drove 20kms from my place to the movies and back the other day and saw 8 police cars

Hmm seems they are just going nuts.

I know it is taking to the extremes, but I'm sure you could get the suspension too stiff thing dropped through court, like they would have to have some sort of set level of measuring how stiff is 'too stiff' eg. a stonge copper could push down and feel enough movement, whereas a weedy weakass cop could push down and feel no movement, therefor regarding it as too hard... the rules are so up in the air its ridiculous... but I guess it's something we have to deal with everyday dmriving our cars...

So shit!!

Unlucky Will Hope i'm not next in line...

puhwoar! imagine you had to go to court over too stiff suspension!!
do you think any lawyer would even bother taking the case ahaha!!

police rep - judge, here to my right is a young hoon, whose suspension was way to stiff for me to push down on. and when i say way to stiff i mean <------this much----->

judge - get the f@#% out of my court!

does anyone know of a link i can go to, to read up on about these hoon laws?
