well in the pms i havent asked for a refund i have merely asked him what the deal is and no response.

Looks like im gonna have to pull some strings at Channel 7

I already know where he lives and i will be reporting this to the police also.

Why are you guys buying items from someone who has not posted in the forums since March 2009? If he is PM'ing you from your WTB threads, then he would be dodgy as well seeing that he doesn't post. Plus, any negative trade rating is not good. My opinion is everything should be positive.
