I do believe error code 60 is a fault code related to the air pump. Check the fuse and check to see if it's working on start up.

The air pump you hear only on cold start, quite noticable if you have an intake, regardless you can hear it cut out after about 30-60 sec's after initial start up. You can hear a minor whistle when it cuts off. Pump is located in front left hand corner. Front bar will need to removed to get to it. It could faulty, it could be disconnected, it could be f@#ked. Check all options plus check fuse (not sure if there is one for the pump).

It could very well be the relay then situated at the front next to the pump, if it's faulty and/or not working properly this code will show. Nevertheless the front bar needs to be removed. I don't think it can be anything else other than that. Hope that helps.
