    dc2r lag ??

    hey guys,

    lately ive been noticing my dc2r lags a bit wen i drive, sometimes it wil stay at 2 or 3 rpm for a few seconds then it wil kick bak in and keep going..mainly happens when i first start driving... is anyone familiar with this problem?

    What do you mean by lag. Do you even let your car warm up before you drive?

    Could be your Idle Valve needs cleaning.

    its slipping....

    if his clutch was ****ed it wouldn't hold rpm, it would rev and not move.

    the problem u have could be due to a million differnt things, could not be getting fuel, not sparking, ect ect.


    oversteer....you wouldn't understand.

    Most likely didn't warm up the car. My car lags too when it hits 4000 (but that's my vtec point) and vtec doesn't engage when cold.

    you should start driving when you first start up ur car, and granny drive (nothing above 2-2.5k rpm) until its up to temp.

    Didn't you just rebuild your engine?

    I'd assume it's due to you using the stock ECU, with aftermarket cams. Or have you got a S100, S300 / PFC yet?
