He was asked to remove the avatar. He was not immediately banned. When he said that he wouldn't and to suck it up, that was the reason for the ban. He was trying to cause trouble.

Go ask dc2dc2dc2 why he chose to use the admin's avatar. It is either one of two choices. 1) to impersonate the admin (which you say he wasn't) or 2) to piss off the admin. If he was using my avatar for reason #2, I'd also ask him to remove it, failing which, I would ban him.

Ok but why was he not banned there and then?

Option 1 and 2 = same (just one more expanded)

Fact is though is that he didn't change his other things like Wynode (location, car, signiture, etc) therefore not impersonation.

i think this is a lil excessive.. i mean dc2x4 is not that bad. Sure, he goes mucking around ere and there. Last time he was playing around being a kiddy and picking on me but he stopped totally the minute i got a lil upset. So i know he's not a bad person. Shouldn't you mods discussed this issue over with each other before perm banning him?

There's no rule about copying someone's avatar, but obviously there isn't a problem unless the user with the original avatar complains.

How hard is that to understand? Copy someone's avatar, if they don't complain there's no problem, if they do then obviously there's a problem.
